This is our upgrade for anyone using ctsv lids on your lsa. This brick holds 3 times more capacity that the factory brick. It's design is a bar and plate core with staggered fin design to allow for most effective cooling of the intake charge. All the endtanks are machined from billet and our inlet and outlet of the intercooler are .700 inside diameter much larger than the factory. This intercooler is significantly larger than the factory intercooler core. We have designed this intercooler to allow all the cold water of the intake charge directly over the hottest part of the supercharger rotors and the return of the hot water is outside the intake path. This allows you to get the maximum cooling efficiency and fastest recovery times. On back to back test we have seen anywhere from 15 to 20 degrees iat drops across the board and recovery rate is drastically improved. All our test were done with a factory hx system and nothing changed in the system other than the intercooler upgrade. We also tested with distilled water and water wetter. No forced cooling like ice tank or ice was used for our test
We have some customers with extreme cooling setups not showing much more iat rise over ambient with just the cooler upgrade.
These are made in limited quantities and made to order allow 2-3 weeks for completion of a kit.
